This LCD was £97 when I got it and works very good giving a bright clear picture. No good for PS3 as no HD mode. Still best value ote there.

Top value

Really good - supplied three of these for customers and all very happy with it. Sound is merely OK (speakers face the rear) but at this price one can hardly complain. Picture quality is really stunning.

A Great Monitor
Reviewed by Anonymous. Review Posted 13/05/2009

Just getting this machine out of the box I was immediately struck by how light it was. My old 15" is heavier. Set-up is easy, AVI, sound and power neatly tuck away.
Menu button is a little tricky to start with, but contrast and brightness very responsive. Suggest you alter Sound Effect Manager on Control Panel - MS only.
There you have it, perfect sound and vision for ~ £100...excellent.

I bought this when it was £101.20.I thought it a bargain then. Now at £99.99 it’s even more of a bargain. Great picture quality. Good sound from speakers. Simple set up. DVI & VGA (HD-15) Connections.

Great screen... with build quality issues?
Reviewed by Rob Colling. Review Posted 29/04/2009

This is a great monitor for the price, especially as that price keeps reducing. I bought mine for £105, now they're £99... Image is sharp, colours and contrast are outstanding. And after living with a 22" monitor for a while you wonder how you managed with anything smaller, they're splendid beasts. No DVI cable, but I can live with that for the price. The blue power LED is so bright it's silly, it dazzles you, but a square of electrician's tape can sort that. There were 10 or so dead pixels, all out of my main eyeline so no biggie. So excellent in pretty much all ways. Why not five stars? Because mine blew a power supply within six months of purchase and had to be returned. And there are a number of "warranty repaired" ones knocking about on Dabs.com at the moment. I don't know about you, but that rings just the faintest alarm bell with me.

THUMBS UP!!
Reviewed by Stephen. Review Posted 15/04/2009

I recently purchased this monitor, as I needed a bigger screen for my photography business & I am very impressed with the quality. I was in 2 minds about purchasing a widescreen but I have definitely made the right decision. The colours are vibrant & sharp & it makes working in Photoshop a joy!My only niggle is that I do not like these new age shiny screens, why everyone is making them I do not know. But as it is not in direct sunlight it's not as big a problem as with my laptop!
I would definitely reccomend this monitor, especially at the price, just remember to change your properties to widescreen & all will be fine!

Bought this monitor

Hi. Bought this Monitor for about £90 from dabs. Its great! I was using a 14" CRT before and this thing is just massive and gives a great picture. The speakers are rubbish to be honest but I use headphones or the stereo with the PC anyway so dont use them. The only issue I have with this monitor is very frustrating. The power cord keeps slipping out at the back of the monitor, happens quite frequently. Really need to tape it on :(

22" Hanton (Dabs Value)
Reviewed by Hutch. Review Posted 21/05/2009

You will either love or hate the reflective screen and gloss finish. Screen seemed sharp but had one dead pixel near centre. I know you can always get one, but you hope you don't. The panel also had a finishing error that become very clear one sunlight hit it. You could see a scratch and being new certainly wasn't happy with it. So returned screen, about because of the pixel issue decided not to get replacement.
