I wasn't sure at first whether to take the gamble or not on this telly. There were very few reviews, but of those posted, the feedback seemed relatively positive. I did take the gamble and i have to say i am very pleased with my purchase. I have it set up in my bedroom and have my PC, X-box and Sky digibox hooked up to it. I can happily switch between these and get excellent results with each. Some comments were made about the sound being tinny but i am quite happy with the sound output of this unit. All in all i would recommend this product to anybody, it gives an all round excellent performance and is worth every penny and more. Oh and just a quick footnote on the service from DABS, i ordered mine around 11pm on a Wednesday night and it was delivered to my home on the Friday afternoon.
After searching around for a 22" TV I got an email from Dabs , because I had used them before I bought with confidence, believe me I am not disappointed. Now waiting for a cheap 42" from dabs.

I have only owned this TV for a week now, but I am very impressed with it. It was incredibly easy to set up ... just plug it in and away you go. It's very intuitive to use. The picture quality is excellent and, compared to my old analogue TV, the sound is great too. The only down side, and this has nothing to do with the TV itself, is that because of where I live I get very variable signal strength, particularly for BBC1 and BBC2. This was also my first purchase from dabs.com and I was very impressed with the speed of delivering with my order and subsequent delivery.
TV and DVD easy to use and set up, picture is good and sound Ok when adjusted for personal preference. 4 weeks in and the remote has just stopped working.
Received the TV yesterday, and it was up and running in minutes. The picture is excellent, and the sound is very good. The freeview program guide is simple, but effective. The DVD player has all the main features, and works well. It has connections for most devices you may want to add, but with built in Freeview and DVD there's not much missing. Possibly the most impressive feature is the USB/Memory card input. This will read jpegs, mp3's and DivX avi's. and plays them brilliantly. Perfect for a bedroom to save space. For £175 what more could you want?
You cannot fault the TV/DVD, I think the previous review was unfair, you cannot criticise the set simply because the sky remote is not suitable, more important is the quality of the set this has definitely got 5 stars, Buy it!
Great TV, good picture, particularly good at picking up digital and RTE in a difficult area. BUT, having had it installed for a week now, the sound is driving me nuts, its tinny and hard to listen to. So have reluctantly decided to return it.
I found that the actual screen was really good. The picture looked brilliant with my Xbox using a HDMI cable and the TV itself works fine. I think it's great that it has a built in DVD player too even though I have seen external DVD players that display a much better quality picture. The sound works great. I did have a big problem with the remote though from the start as it just doesn't work with the TV. The TV just refused to acknowledge that I was pressing anything at all making it really difficult to use the screen to watch TV without having to get up to turn channels over and to turn it off. I am hoping that this problem is due to a fault rather than the TV itself and so am attempting to exchange my TV for a different one.
