We've Changed
dabs.com was acquired by BT in 2006 and until recently, we’ve promoted Dabs independently of the BT brand. On 11th April 2016 we decided to retire the dabs.com brand and move forward with just our BT branded websites - BT Shop and BT Business Direct. To learn more about this change, please click here.

From 11th April 2016, we hope you’ll choose to shop at BT Shop if you're a consumer customer, or at BT Business Direct if you’re a business customer:

The product range and online experience at both these sites is very similar to dabs.com, so you should find them a familiar environment.
If you don’t already have an account, you’ll just need to register as a new customer. It’s really quick and simple.
To manage your existing dabs.com orders & account
Although you won’t be able to place new orders on the dabs.com website after 11th April 2016, our after-sales service remains exactly the same. You can still log in to your existing dabs.com account to:
- Check the status of open orders or returns (they’ll all be processed as normal)
- View and manage your full order history
- Arrange new returns
- Access our library of help articles
