About same day despatch

- When you need to order to get "same day" despatch.
In brief...
If you place an order on our website and you choose the 'next day delivery' option, we'll try to ship your order the same day we get it. However this can only happen if:
- The goods you require are in stock.
- The funds are in place - i.e. your credit card gets authorised for the value of the order.
- Our other security checks are passed successfully.
- There's enough time to process your payment and despatch the order before our couriers leave for the day.

For customers choosing our 'next day' delivery option, we'll endeavour to despatch your order on the day you place it, provided the above conditions are met and you place your order before our "cut off" times - see below.
If your chosen product is in stock and payment for your order is approved, then provided you select the 'next day delivery' option at the checkout and pass our security checks*, and you place your order before our 8.30pm weekday cut-off, we'll despatch your goods the very same day**.
Please note: If you place your order late in the evening after our processing cut-off time (usually at 8.30pm Mon-Thu and 4pm on Fridays excluding bank & public holidays), then your order will be processed at 9am on the next working day. You can therefore expect your goods to arrive the day after we process your order and not necessarily the day after you place it online.
* A security check will take place on your first order and on any subsequent order which uses new or amended details.
** Weekdays only.
