Read on if you'd like to know...

  • When you need to order to get "same day" despatch.

In brief...

If you place an order on our website, we'll try to ship your order the same day we get it. However this can only happen if:

  1. The goods you require are in stock.
  2. The funds are in place - i.e. your credit card gets authorised for the value of the order.
  3. Our other security checks are passed successfully.
  4. There's enough time to process your payment and despatch the order before our couriers leave for the day.

Further information...
If you select "next day" as a delivery option at the checkout, we will only be able to get the order to you the next day if the above conditions are met. You'll need to place your order before our "cut off" times - see below.

If you place your order late in the evening after our processing cut-off time (usually at 7.30pm Mon-Thu and 4pm on Fridays excluding bank & public holidays), then please note that your order will be processed at 9am on the next working day.

Should you choose to select the 'next day delivery' option at the checkout, then you can expect your goods to arrive the day after we process your order and not necessarily the day after you place it online.

If your chosen product is in stock and payment for your order is approved, then provided you pass our security checks*, and place your order before our 7.30pm cut-off (4pm for Saturday Deliveries), we'll dispatch your goods the very same day**.

* A security check will take place on your first order and on any subsequent order which uses new or amended details.
** Weekdays only.
