Has my order been shipped?
Once your order has been shipped we will send you an email to confirm. If you have not received this communication, then you would need to visit the 'visit orders and returns' option after clicking on the 'my account' logo in the top right hand corner of the screen.
When you have found the order, the status should state 'completed' but if not then please follow the instructions as it could mean that we are experiencing problems with taking the payment from your credit card or authorising your address.
Note, you will be shown if your order has not been shipped due to stock not being available. If this happens the best solution would be to change this item for an instock item to enable a swift despatch of your order.
