How do I contact you?

We believe that you should be able to manage your account, orders and returns at a time that is convenient for you. With this in mind we've made a range of online tools available within your account that give you the ability to check the progress of your orders and where necessary arrange a return whatever the time or day.

If you do need help with your order or account:

  • Firstly please check our help section to see if there's an answer to your question - you'll probably find that there is.
  • For returns, please use our easy to use online returns tool which you can access by logging into your account via the ‘My Dabs’ tab in the top left hand corner of the screen. Here you can request a returns number and even arrange for the goods to be collected.
  • Alternatively you can email us (we aim to respond within 24 hours) at assistance@dabs.com
  • If you would prefer to call us you can do so on 0870 429 3825 between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.

Due to the wide range of products and brands that we sell, we're unfortunately unable to offer pre sales advice, but you'll find extensive product information and specifications on our website as well as image galleries and product tours.
