Why aren’t the prices in your catalogue the same as the web site?

- Why there is occasionally a discrepancy between prices advertised in our catalogues and on our web site.
In Brief...
- The vast majority of our business is carried out on line over the internet. Our web site is therefore the most up to date source of pricing, as it's updated several times a day.
- As printed advertising material is often produced weeks before you see it, occasionally there are price changes in between production and delivery - usually downwards but very occasionally upwards.

Whilst we do try hard to ensure that there's consistency between printed advertising and our web site, our catalogue can only aim to give an indication of price due to the unpredictable nature of the IT and computer industry. We therefore apologise in advance for the few occasions where there is an increase in price from that in our catalogue to that on our website.
