We're occasionally asked if we're able to exchange goods rather than issue a refund against a return.
Unfortunately, for a variety of operational reasons, we regret that exchanges are not possible. However, do remember that if you've been in possession of your goods for less than 7 days, then you do have the right to return goods for a refund (conditions apply) under the Distance Selling Regulations, provided of course they were purchased from Dabs.
The refund will be processed against your original payment method.
