What do I do if the collection of my faulty goods has not happened?

  • How to contact us if your faulty goods haven't been collected as arranged.

In brief...

  • In the unlikely event that a product becomes faulty we will issue an "RMA" or returns number and arrange for the product to be collected via our on line returns system.
  • In the vast majority of cases these collections take place as agreed, however on rare occasions the collection of the goods does not happen.
  • If you were expecting a collection which did not happen please accept our apologies and contact us using the link below under "Need Further Assistance".

Further information...
We arrange all collections via a courier service, and whilst in the vast majority of cases they are carried out in line with expectations, very occasionally a collection may fail to take place. The most common reason for a failed collection is that the collection address was in-complete and the courier struggled to find it. Very occasionally, the courier may run out of time during the working day. If this happens, the collection will happen the next working day.
