1. This Promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over only.

3. The "Samsung 40" LED TV and Blu-ray player promotion" applies to the purchase of specific Samsung Laptops, which if purchased within the promotion period will enter you into the prize draw to be in with a chance to win a brand new Samsung 40" LED TV and Samsung Blu-ray player.

9. Deliveries must be to UK addresses.
10. Only one entry per qualifying purchase and customer. This Promotion is available to end-users only.
11. The winner will be notified within 30 days of the promotion ending.
12. The prize will be dispatched by courier to the address of the respective winner, as provided by them on their invoice, within 40 days of the promotion ending.
13. The Promoter shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid purchases including, without limitation, to require further verification as to the identity, age and other relevant details of an entrant or claimant and/or the verification as to their qualifying purchase before despatching the prize.
