What is an MLK?

The Media-less License Kit is a Microsoft Office License that includes a product key - but no installation media (CD). The Medialess License Kit for Microsoft® Office Basic 2007, Microsoft® Office Small Business 2007 or Microsoft® Office Professional 2007 keys can only unlock unique installations of Microsoft Office Professional 2007 pre-installed by the PC manufacturer. These computers are identified by the manufacturer as Microsoft Office Ready PCs .

The key inside the Medialess License Kit will not activate downloadable Microsoft Office Trial versions, or retail packaged product. Please be sure that you have a Microsoft Office Ready PC before purchasing a Microsoft Office Medialess License Kit.
