In 2008, Samsung raised $3 million through its breast cancer charity initiatives across Europe. Breast cancer is the most common form of cancer in women in Europe today, accounting for nearly thirty per cent of all deaths from cancer. Most cases of breast cancer are found by women noticing unusual changes, taking the initiative and visiting their doctor.

Money raised through the sales of this product will help fund Breakthrough Breast Cancer's vital research at the charity's dedicated breast cancer research centre in London. Together with SAMSUNG, Breakthrough Breast Cancer is working towards a future free from the fear of the disease.
