View Full Version : e-invoices are not working (e.g. SO02327154)
I've requested two e-invoices from your bsuiness website (businessdirect.bt.com). They aren't reaching our mailserver, which mans your mailserver isn't sending them!
I've passed this on to our business team and will let you know once I get a response.
Is there anything else I can do to get around this? Would it help if I email the invoice over to you?
Hi Matt, yes please that would be great. Seagate have the wrong warranty expiry date for these two hard drives and they need the invoice to show proof of purchase. I've requested an e-invoice on Friday and nothing has arrived so there's clearly a blockage in the DABS/BT system somewhere.
Please email it to the address registered on the account (administrator@sim....) as those emails come straight to me.
I've attempted to send the invoice straight from the system but not 100% convinced it has worked.
Let me know if it arrives and if not I'll try another way.
To confirm, the one you sent from the system never arrived (nor have the 3 that I've requested from the website). However the one you sent manually from your own email address came through no problem...
Any chance of an e-invoice for SO02340329 to please? e-Invoices are still not being delivered, either automatically upon order completion nor when requested manually from the website. I can't believe this is still ongoing, there must be a huge backlog of emails DABS/BT's outbox! Surely others are the same?
I've sent that one to the admin email on the account. Has that worked?
