I made this order on the 23/09/11 (11 days ago) and have not heard anything. Any idea of when I will recieve it?

It has now been another week and I still dont know when I can expect to recieve my order, and now I notice that you have discontinued this item. Can I still expect to recieve my order? and if so, when?
I am sorry for the delay. Unfortunately the manufacturer has now informed us that there is no further stock available. Please let me know if you would like us to suggest alternative laptops or if you would like to cancel your order
This is a joke, why did you take my order if you cant fulfil it? You have kept me hanging on for three weeks, in which time I have missed out on offers on other laptops. If you can suggest a similar spec laptop (core i5, 6GB of ram, discrete graphics card, blu ray player,ect) for a similar price (less than Â£600), that may redeem the situation.
Why have you not replied?
