This product was collected from me over a week ago and I've checked the tracking and it was delivered to you at 12.42pm on 27th September.
I have tried calling but got bored of being on hold! Could someone please let me know when the refund will be processed?
Well, it seems that the Dabs.com employess that reply to enquiries on here as just as well trained as the people who reply to emails that are sent - they don't reply!!!!
It has now been two weeks since an item was returned. I know you've received it, because I have checked the tracking details the courier left me when he collected the package.
Just out of interest, I returned something to E-Buyer last Monday (a week after I returned an item to dabs) and the emailed me two days later (on the Wednesday) to say they'd credited my card. That is how it should be done, dabs, please take note!
