Hi, I was just wondering what is going on at Dabs. Order which was placed 25/08/11 and returned by recorded delivery 26/09/11 has still not been credited to my credit card. To explain the fiasco..... I placed order with Dabs on 07/08/11 under order number SO02253457. Product was faulty and a returns note was raised RMA014684. Replacements were sent to the wrong address (Dabs error). After numerous attempts to get through to customer services. I was advised that the goods would be delivered to the correct address. Imagine my surprise when the goods did arrive but Dabs had sent me the same faulty product that I had sent back! Again after numerous attempts I managed to get through to Dabs customer services. They confirmed that for some reason the original faulty goods had been reissued to me. I returned the faulty goods under a temporary RMA number XX02284722. I was assured that my account would be credited plus the cost of sending the goods back. Despite four telephone calls to Dabs promising me the money would be credited, nothing has happened. Even sending an email threatening Dabs that I would involve my credit card company has yet failed to generate a response. Can someone from Dabs please explain what is going on. This is extremely poor service from Dabs and has certainly put me off from using your company again.

Well still not credited to my bank account, how long may I ask does it take Dabs to do anything?
It is now the 26/10/11. Despite numerous phone calls to Dabs and promises on this forum, no money has been refunded to my credit card. I am now passing the matter over to my credit card company. There is obviously something seriously wrong at Dabs that a simple refund can take nearly 2 months. Reading some of the issues on this forum certainly causes me great concern.

I just received notification from my bank that they have refunded the money in question (no reimbursement of the postage costs I had to pay). I must stress it was my bank, not Dabs that refunded the money as the bank says it is still under investigation . I received a message from Dabs saying that they had refunded the money in October. Both myself and my bank have confirmed that no refund had been received.
So thank you smile bank for crediting my money and thank you to Dabs for what can be described as nothing but appalling service. I will never be ordering from Dabs again neither for business nor private use.
