I'd like to return this Buffalo JustStore as it is faulty, but the returns section of the website doesn't seem to be working?
Could you send me a RMA, or let me know what to do?
Can I ask what is happening when you are trying to return an item online as I am not aware of a problem? I will contact our customer services team and ask them to contact you with regards to your return.
Previously when I clicked the return icon for the item it said that I should come back in 24 hours? Then after 24 hours, the same message ... after 48 hours the same message!
Now I get:
An unexpected error has occurred.
Our technical department has been informed

Hey, at least you can get into your account, I keep getting a blank screen and error code in the address bar.
Hey Peter- it's because your order is from our old sytem and we are just waiting for it to transfer over.
I've passed your order no on to the CS team leader so someone should be in contact soon
