It's a solid build although I would question the need of the Ethernet card the onboard is gigabit, can't really help on the hackintosh side only tried it once and it never worked properly to me if you want a OS that almost nothing works (compatibility wise) on get linux.
well i have a linux machine that i use for coding, but i was going to get an apple for photo/music/video editing/rendering. But the prices are way out of my budget. so i was going to do this. I just need some instructions
although i might just rip a hdd out of an old apple desktop and do some fiddeling with the configuration.
It's too early to decide which configurations will be stable on Ivy Bridge. The kernel to support Ivy Bridge CPU's has only just been released with the release of the new Mac lineups last week, and I'm not sure what support there is for the 610 yet. Even the Sandy Bridge CPUs had a problem after the release of the OSX 10.7.4 update after they changed the power management.
Personally I'm running Gigabyte 1155 UD4 B3 with 2600K and a GTX560Ti and it's always been rock solid. If you do go for a system do NOT go for AMD for an OSX build. You just need to do some research and avoid using System Update for version update releases, use the combo updates instead and you will usually need to do a rollback to replace some driver kexts that updates replaced. The easiest way to install OSX is using tonymacs iBoot and Multibeast combo.

thanks cmd, and i know not to use amd because the computer will only crash the whole time
