View Full Version : Order Page doesn't appear to be updating - payment taken but stuck at processing
I've PMed Dunc/Sam/Matt about my order: SO02065994 but have not received any kind of acknowledgement even though my PMs have been read.
Would just like to please know what is going on with my order as payment has been taken from my card for the order yet it's still stuck at 'processing' on the orders page.
Seems to be one item within the order stuck at processing, but there's 200 of that item in stock.
Communication is key guys, what's going on? Can somebody update me please?

Okay, still stuck at processing now for two items on my order it would appear. If I could get a PM actually explaining to me what's going on with this order it'd be great. The two items were actually previously allocated to my order and have now returned to processing. What is going on??
Like I said, money has been taken from my account for this and it's stuck at processing (whatever that means) so I'm sure you can understand my concern! Am I likely to see the goods I've now paid for this side of the weekend?
I've made 2 orders since I made this one and both have been dispatched without a problem. If there's any chance of getting this particular order to me before friday, please make it so.
Your order is currently showing as in the process of being picked in the warehouse. I think that this order will go through as the day progresses. I will keep my eye on this for you and update you later.
Thanks Sam. The new system doesn't seem to be as informative as the old one :(
It used to actually say 'picking' etc. as the status now it just seems to be a generic status of 'processing'.

We are looking at changing the status' of the orders whilst they are going through our system to try and make them more informative, so thanks for the input there. Lets hope DHL get this to you soon. Cheers for the update.
