Sam please call me back regarding what you suggested earlier, I am not happy to pay for the same product twice to accommodate a mistake made by you or your affiliates. I would be happy with a full refund.

I placed an order late last night and have had no confirmation to state that my payment has been taken. I have tried calling 4 times and waiting for 10-15 minutes at a time and no-one ansers the phone which is really disconcerting. I have also emailed and had nothing back. So my last ditch attempt to actually communicate with a member of staff from Dabs is via a forum.
What I need to know is: was my payment processed succesfully, will my order arrive as planned before Midday tomorrow. If not I should cancel now as I am going to South Africa on Saturday and the whole point of using this service is so that I can take my new laptop with me and work otherwise I have no need for it.
It is not clear from the TRACK ORDER FAQ what Processing means - it says Awaiting Processing then states you should not be in this state for more than 2 hours. I have the state: Processing on my order - IT IS NOW MORE THAN 2 HOURS.
