Coud you look into my order for me. I placed it at the start of march and never received it as it was sent back to DABS.
It has been received but i have not been refunded the money taken from my credit card.
I realise the problems with the site but i cannot get any reply from anyone and have tried numerous methods.

Hi sam could you please help me out i ordered a product on Dabs yesterday morning about 8.30am (uk time) but my status as been stuck on Processing ever since,i have checked my bank and the money as been taken out but i have not had any messages of confirmation and i have sent 3 emails in the help page but i dont get a reply and i have phoned 3 times 10 to 15 mins long each time but no answer, i dont like this as i paid for next day delivery as i need the item soon, iv never had this problem before, again can you please help me as you are my last option of knowing were my money as gone

Sam please call me back regarding what you suggested earlier, I am not happy to pay for the same product twice to accommodate a mistake made by you or your affiliates. I would be happy with a full refund.
