I've tried emailing but that didn't help at all. Just told me about the backlog problem and nothing to do with my order.
My order (SO02090812) has been processing since Last Thursday which was on the 28th April, even though it clearly states on the FAQ that it should take a "Maximum" of 2 hours.
My money has been taken already out of the account. I paid for a 1-3 day delivery and yet its still processing after a week. My current PC is on the brink of despair and i was hoping i would have had my Pc parts by now.
Could you please help me?
Dunc was doing a "triple check" on a refund for my laptop which the system was saying had been paid but my credit card was saying otherwise. Appreciate that he is on holiday now but are you picking up his on-going cases/emails?
In my frustration about a customer service issue I thought I would drop you a line to tell you what I am doing as I cannot seem to get anywhere with your customer service numbers, which keep ringing out.
I am currenlty subscribing to every online forum I can find including yours to wanr customers about purchasing products from Dabs due to the exceptionally poor customer service I am receiving.
I have tried to contact the customer service team for the last two days without success having been held on the phone for 20minutes + each time, rather unsurprisingly I get through straight away to new sales.
Someone needs to give me a call or get in contact with me pretty quick ...............
