Dear Dabs,
I am extremely disappointed and annoyed, I placed an order on the 30th of August and was invoiced on the 01-09-2011 and goods sent that day. The goods reached Ireland 05-09-2011 and today 14-09-2011 it says held at depot.
I have emailed dabs on many occasions and had to join this forum to get a responce.
This is my second order with Dabs and the second problem I have had. Currently my items is held in a depot, with a note saying "Address problem - insufficient address"
I contacted the courier also who got back to me with "Once a parcel has left the UK, it is handed over to our European partners, GLS."
The first order from dabs, I had to drive 7km to pick up my goods from UPS. I didn't complain, I got the goods.
Ignoring this problem is not how to get return custom, certainly since I am an IT support specialist, and I would be purchasing regularly. This experience has thought me one thing, If you can't get it sorted very soon, It will be your last order from me. These problems are amplified with the fact that you are so slow to get back to me?
This is unacceptable can you please get back to me with a delivery date at the very least?
Ps. Just to let you know I have ordered items from ** on many occasions and have never had this problem with getting goods delivered.
