    SO02361069 Security Check

    Good evening, I have a similar issue to topspinner in that my order still states that a security check is being performed - I am a first time customer. Could someone please have a look and inform me if you need any further information that I will be happy to supply.

    update - Order has passed security and has now been processing for about 3 hours now, is this normal? Read help section that says this should not take any longer than 2 hours - sorry for all the questions, new here and unsure if this is the norm - any staff help will be much appreciated.

    Hi Elminster, Welcome to the forum. I have just had a look at your order and all is fine, it is set to be dispatched today. We don't ship over the weekend so I am guessing this may be why it has been processing for longer than the normal.
