Whoa, PM'ing the mods is not really a good move, the message might not be communicated straight away - best thing is to post in the customer queries section of the forum, that way any of the mods or other Dabs employees can respond.

Hi atkalel,
Your graphics card is an 'order upon request' item. These items are not in stock at our warehouse when an order is placed, we order these in from our suppliers when a customer places an order. Your graphics card is due in today so your order is likely to be dispatched either today or tomorrow. Please let me know if you need any further info.
