I'm new here at Dabs, and I was wondering if you could help me by helping you guys (and gals). I'm here to try and make the Dabs experience even better. Impossible task, right?
Anyways, I was wondering where we're going right, and (just as, if not more importantly) where we're going wrong with our Help Pages and Customers Service. Now guys (and gals), keep it clean and productive. Posts containing 'U SUK, NVR USING AGAIN LULLLZ' aren't big, clever, and they're not especially useful. Remember, I'm looking for ways to improve the site, especially it's customer service.
So, let's have it! What are our glories? What are your gripes? And above all (if we've let you down) how can we put it right and make it better in future?
