No. As you can see from the order summary, whilst the heading may say incVAT, the prices are quite clearly exVAT. To suggest otherwise is being rather disingenuous. The column heading seems to be a problem with the site - I see it as I am not in the UK - but, if you are in the UK, I suspect that it will only have manifested itself if you have opted to see the exVAT prices.

Something's definitely off there. I've just managed to load the image on my mobile (stupid work proxy blocking images) and it should have different prices for each VAT column. Did you sign up for a Business account by any chance? Not sure how the VAT bit works for business checkout users. It might be that you're shown exVAT prices, charge VAT which you would then claim back as a VAT registered company (just a guess)?

    A recent order of mine:

This is a recent order of mine. I don't pay VAT being outside the UK. But as you will see the final column still says incVAT but it is pretty obvious it is exVAT as it shows exactly the same amount as the exVAT column. Like I've said, this has got to be something along the lines of opting for exVAT prices but the correction going through when the delivery address is selected.

Have had a reply from Dabs. Still doesn't explain, why they didn't contact me to inform the price was wrong.

I have passed on all information to my Bank. They are now dealing with the matter.
