    Question Case Fan Filters

    Hi all,
Does anyone know if this case http://www.dabs.com/products/xigmate...BFZ.html?src=3 comes with fan filters?
As I need to upgrade my case and want to try and keep the dust to a minimum.
    Thanks.
    Lee. :P
Edit: Also do you think this case is a good one for the money? It's kind of at the top of my budget.

This should answer your questions. It gets a pretty good write up.

Interesting... There is mesh, but not everywhere. There are mesh panels on both the top and bottom of the case (the top is a space for water cooling but has a mesh panel when not in use and the bottom protects the PSU's fan). There's also a mesh panel in front of the lower 5 3.5" bays but no fan there.

Page 4 of DMS' link mentions one of them (haven't read the whole thing to see if there's any other mention of any) and you can see them here.

tomtom1 is a bit correct in saying there's no fan filters too though as the exhaust fan on the case does not appear to have any mesh, nor do the two fans on the side panel that cool the HDD's.

You could try buying some mesh (or charcoal filter mesh from a pet store) trimming it and placing it between the fans and the case, just make sure there's enough tension for it not to be 'sucked' into the fans blades (although I assume you'd have to be pretty unlucky for that to happen).

Looks like a decent case and especially for that price.... I dont understand why they put the two hdd fans there though, would've been better if they put it at the front so the airflow would be better. But then again im no case building expert but nice that it has a spot for a radiator if needed but fan controllers like abit ehhh... i wouldnt want two knobs for more than 2 fans.... 1 knob per fan (dont mean to overuse the word knob).
