Hi, I recently placed an order containing 9 items, and it has now reached the 'complete' stage. However, when I click on order tracking, it only has 3 boxes containing a total of 8 items- the missing item being a graphics card. When I ask for an e-receipt, I get two emails both containing receipts- one with just the graphics card, and one with the other 8 items.
If someone could please explain to me why this is/confirm I will receive the item it would be much appreciated.
