    Fractal 3000 Case Fault

    I ordered the case around 2 weeks ago, and the fan controller that comes included with the case seems to be ot working anymore.

    Anyone advice me as to what to do?

    Contact Fractal they are pretty good, but they are kinda slow I had to get a new fan for my define XL (and 180mm are pretty rare) they sent me one but I received it at the end of October, and got replacement confirmation in the beginning of May . They did apologise saying the confirmation was lost between some cabinets .

    Seriousley! 8 months wait!

    After some serious messing about, voltage testing etc. Its definately the fan control!

    I've contacted Dabs and Fractal direct.


    Have contacted Fractal in the past, but, they havent replied!

    The e-mail I used to contact them was support@fractal-design.com they responded in about 24 hours.

    Got back to me, sending an accessory kit, the fan controller is included in it.

    Anyone know what the accessory kit will be?

    Should receieve in a few days apparently

    The kit will most likely be the kit that is tied up inside the case when you bought it.
