I was about to place an order with you guys this morning, until I got to see the delivery charges, which was at first advertised as free, on google shopping. Obviously thats free to the uk mainland, but not forgetting the small print excluding the highlands and islands of Scotland. So wanting £11.97 to deliver to Inverness, whereas its free if I lived in Glasgow.

Therefore today Dabs has lost my business. Furthermore these unfair delivery charges are being investigated by the highland council and the OFT.
