Having had limited success with my emails to Customer Service, I will post on the forums to see if I have better luck.
I placed an order on the 28.01.13 and waited... but it was not dispatched for over a week. I sent an (ignored) email on the 04.02.13 and a reminder on the 9th. In the reply sent on the 11th I was told that the order was going to be dispatched directly from the supplier and that the representative was emailing them to find out the expected time-frame, and she'd let me know when she heard back. When I received no update, I emailed again on the 15th (no reply) and now again today.
It's getting towards the end of 4 weeks and I am left asking where my order is, and why I have received such poor customer service from your company. I am tempted to cancel on principle and buy the same computer from one of Dabs.com's rivals (I certainly wish I had done in Jan!).
Note: when I placed the order the item was listed as "in stock" and the value is considerable (~Â£600).
