If you want a case fan which has a high airflow, is whisper silent and will remain that way for years and not weeks (months if you are lucky) then there is one and only one choice and that is to buy one made by Noctua.
I have had so many case fans over the years and they have all let me down. Sure they were reasonably quiet - for a for a time - and then the shaking and rattling begins.
If you are buying a Corsair water cooler then you can forget the fan(s) that come with them, they are rubbish. I immediately bought two "Noctua NF-P14 FLX Vortex Control 120/140mm Quiet Case Fan" to go with the Corsair H80 I bought. They are 140mm but the mounting holes are 120mm so they overhang the water cooler and draw air over the capacitors which get incredibly hot.
The best thing? I have had the two of them running non-stop, 24/7, for 910 days 21 hours and they are still silent (and yes, they are both still running).
They are more expensive than other fans, however in the 911 days my system has been running you can pretty much guarantee that I would be on at least my third set of normal fans by now.
Other manufacturers make promises about their fans, but Noctua actually keeps them.
DMS or 2o2o is going to reply to this post calling me a Noctua Fan-Boy, and in this case they would be right (God I just could not resist that pun).
