I have sent back a Zyxel NSA320 that arrived dead last week.
Tried everything to get it to recognise a drive. Talked to Zyxel who said RMA it. (It seems to be a pretty common fault from Zyxel's own forum.) Sent back within a day of arriving here.
Does anyone have any recent experience of how long it takes to turn these things around?
I am deliberately not mention the order or RMA number as I am not about to hassle people. I just want to know how long these things are likely to take. Days? Weeks? Months?
Unfortunately, the details offered on the accounts page don't even tell me if the thing has arrived back at Fortress Dabs. (I got that from the courier's site.)
