How to replace/upgrade your Sky router to a Cisco Linksys Wireless N Modem Router
3 Simple Steps to Replacing/upgrading your Sky router to a Cisco Linksys Wireless N Modem Router (WAG120N, WAG160N or WAG320N)
1. In order to use another router you will need to extract your Sky User Name/Password from the existing router* https://www.cm9.net/skypass/ or if you have a new D-Link DSL-2640S sky router http://pathogenrush.blogspot.com/201...extractor.html
2. Open your web browser and enter the following URL: http://192.168.1.1/ You will now be prompted to enter your Username and Password. Leave the Username field blank and enter your Router’s password (the default password is "admin"). http://www6.nohold.net/Cisco2/ukp.as...articleid=4280
3. Within the Setup (Basic Setup page) enter the extracted Sky username and password http://www6.nohold.net/Cisco2/ukp.as...=4290&donelr=1
ALL DONE!
* Sky's T&Cs say that you must use the supplied router but people do use other routers.
