My favourite expression is "that nothing endures like the temporary" and this temporary situation has been going on for a long, long time now.
Dabs are paid to deliver goods and that fact they achieve this function, without problems, should not be a cause for remark or celebration. It's their sole purpose and their job.
They are also paid to provide proper, prompt and effective service when things go wrong. Which they are not.
In fact, through the use of the 0870 number, I am paying twice for customer service, which has been very, very poor.
I would also hope that as someone who flies a lot, a) I never get on the same plane as you & b) that somewhere you'd share with us the name of this miscreant airline so that we can all avoid it too.
I strongly suspect that if you were to ask a thousand people, would you rather know the name of "an airline that successfully lands it's planes a lot" or the name of "an airline that crashes a lot", I think I know which everyone would want to know.
