    Yet another unhappy customer

    Hello, I placed my order on 25th April and since then the order has shown as "processing". Customer services replied to my email yesterday saying they'll look into it but nothing has changed. I also can't get through on the telephone. Can someone advice me as to what I should do next / could one of the moderators try and sort this out please.

    Tbh simply reading this forum probably isn't a fair balance to base your decision on. I was aware of their variable reputation for service however was tempted by the price of the netbook i wanted. Just got to consider all the different elements i guess.

    I've tried to cancel my order and it won't let me. can anyone help or suggest what to do now?

    Nothing until tuesday. They dont work weekends, there's a bank holiday on monday and your order won't be cancelled unless you call them. The most likely way you'll contact them is by phone on a tuesday. I've shipped a return order and have no email confirmation or anything, good going dabs >.<

    I'm having the same problem with Dabs.ie, emailed today to cancel, but no reply yet.

    This was the first time I put in an order with Dabs and it has been hanging around since 14/04, hung up for the sake of a few cents worth of cable I can live without. Understood that out-of-stock happens, but this is an IT industry and a lot of Dabs troubles would be sorted if they used the Information part to let us know a genuine order status, that could then be amended and everyone would be happy.
    My own fault, I didn't believe that any company could be just as the forum paints it.
    Well, sorry people, I know better now!!!
