How can I track my
order during transit?

 

    In brief:

  • When we ship your order will send you an email explaining that your order has been despatched, which courier we have used and the consignment number.

  • The email also tells you when you are likely to receive the order.

  • You can track your order online by contacting the courier directly - see below

Once we've told you that your order is on its way and which courier we've used, you can track the parcel as below. Most couriers have an online tracking system, however please remember that what you see on the carrier's tracking system will be slightly behind where the consignment really is.

We are very pleased to announce that Royal Mail and UPS will now deliver the bulk of dabs.com deliveries.

How to track your parcel during transit

The tracking available will depend on the Royal Mail Service being used to deliver your parcel. If your consignment number is a 13 digit number and starts with the letter F you can track your delivery by visiting the Royal Mail website. Your Parcel will be delivered with your regular Royal Mail post.

Deliveries where the consignment number begins with the letters RB will also be delivered with your Royal Mail post but we regret that these cannot be tracked online. Please allow 5 working days for delivery to take place.

For UPS deliveries, please visit the UPS website and use your consignment number to track your delivery. Alternatively, you may prefer to contact UPS by telephone on 08457 877 877

Please note that unless you have paid for a specific timed delivery your order can arrive any time between 8am and 6pm.

For Parcelforce deliveries, please visit the ParcelForce website and use your consignment number to track your delivery. Alternatively, you may prefer to contact Parcleforce by telephone on 0844 800 4466.

Any of these icons means that your parcel is being dispatched directly from our supplier by their chosen courier. Unfortunately this courier does not have online tracking available, but please rest assured that your order will be dispatched and delivered as quickly as possible.
