Read on if you'd like to know...
- If you can cancel the pre-arranged collection of a faulty item.
- In the unlikely event that a product develops a fault, we will usually issue an "RMA" or returns number and arrange for the goods to be collected. [To read about arranging a return, click the "return goods" link at the top of the page.]
- Once we have made the arrangement to collect the product, unfortunately the courier pick up can't be cancelled or reversed.
- If you decide that you don't want the product to be collected any more, simply tell the courier driver that you don't have anything to return.
If you change your mind and decide to cancel the collection and now want to keep the goods, you will be liable for the collection cost.
