How to claim:

- Click here to complete the claim form
- Attach proof of purchase (reseller invoice(s)) to the claim form, with qualifying products and HP part codes circled and make copies for your records.
- Product must have been invoiced between 1st May - 31st January 2012.
- Mail to: HP Claims Dept, PO Box 7393, Reading, RG27 7JJ. All submissions must be received by Wednesday 29th February December 2011.
- You will then receive an email confirming the rebate due to you and your individual reference number within 7 days of posting. If you do not receive this email then please contacts us at promotions@out-bound.co.uk.
- Cheques will be issued within 28 days of receipt of your correct invoice.
- You will then receive an email confirming the rebate due to you and your individual reference number
