If a qualifying Satellite Pro A120 or Tecra A8 notebook with Intel Centrino Duo Mobile Technology* fails in the 1st year and it is replaced or repaired under warranty by Toshiba or a Toshiba Authorised Service Provider...You will receive a full refund of your Toshiba notebook purchase price (excluding VAT and delivery) as well as keeping your repaired or replaced notebook.

Toshiba are also happy to give you your money back and repair or replace your notebook if it fails within one year of the manufacturer's warranty or three years if you have purchased a two year warranty extension!
