Simply follow these steps to buy HP Products risk free:

Purchase an HP product that qualifies for the HP Business Promise.
Register your new product within 10 days of making your purchase at www.hpbusinesspromise.com.
Use your new HP product. You have 30 days from the invoice date to try out your product.
If after this time you have experienced any issues that you feel have not been resolved in line with the terms and conditions of the promise, relating to Compatibility, Security or Reliability, you have a further 10 days to submit a claim online and return your product.
