Brilliant customer service!
I would like to thank you directly for the outstanding support your company has provided for me over the Christmas period. And I would also like you to give the biggest praise to two members of staff that have been nothing short of brilliant in their support.

Sally and Tammy have been really gracious and deserve the top kind of reward you operate internally for excellent customer service.

I am not too proud to admit that I like to shop around for goods online and quite frankly I will more often than not go for price over reputation. There are products you are cheaper on and there are products you aren't - I'm sure that's the general nature of online retail.

In this instance I purchased from you plainly because you were the cheapest. But the experience I've had has definitely forced me to reconsider this approach.

I think I payed just over eleven pounds for a Sony DVD drive, it's been no good and you kindly took it back, you then sent another and again it's been no good. The process is still ongoing and will hopefully be resolved very shortly but the attitude of your support staff has been a kind and understanding one. Something that alot of retailers miss so very badly.

I will most definitely be happy to spend that little bit more on certain items in the future for the customer service you provide.

I'm happy I'll have a chance to consult with your component specialist, and I'm awaiting for his email on Monday to confirm, that my choice of motherboard would fit with the other parts I've ordered.

Just a thank you for the recent excellent service...
Dabs had the product I wanted at a reasonable price, I ordered on the 20th Dec and it arrived today. The right product at the right price and you did what you said you would about delivery. Can't ask for more really! I haven't used Dabs for a while now - but it is now back on my favourites bar.

Congratulations on your excellent customer service...
At around 7pm yesterday I placed an order through your website; I selected the next day shipping option. Just before 9am this morning my package arrived via UPS. I received several emails during the interim period explaining my order had been accepted and shipped.

I would like to congratulate you on your excellent customer service. This is particularly impressive considering the current delays due to the adverse weather. I aspire towards similar levels of service from my own company.
In future Dabs.com will be the first website I check when shopping for IT equipment.

Thank you for a wonderful, outstanding service...
The item above was returned to you as faulty under the warranty and I felt I should write to say how impressed I am with your service. I thought there may be a problem as the years warranty only had one day left but your service was outstanding.

The arrangements to return the items was made so easy, being able to drop in to my local shop and you have wasted no time in checking the item and making a refund.
The item was a gift for my daughter in law and she preferred to have another camcorder of the same model which I have had to order from elsewhere because it is not listed on your website but I will definately check your website for my future purchases and hopefully be back next time.
