I bought one of these for my husband for Christmas he is really pleased with it. I love it too its really easy to use. Excellent value for money and excellent service from Dabs!!

Purchased 2 of these for the kids for Xmas and they're both very pleased . Connected to our home network straight out of the box . The kids were on myspace and ebay within half an hour of opening them .
The kids also think they're "cool" , not easy with teenagers !

I bought this for travelling mostly. I am very impressed with it for the price. It certainly doesn't look and feel cheap. Excellent entry level buy - go for it!

was very impressed with this laptop. 5 months ago I got myself an Advent7109A for £450 from Curry's its spec was a little below this notebooks. its actually oddly similar lack of screw holes for external moniter etc. however after many years and many notebooks ive come to accept that unless you pay alot of money for a laptop. and so I think this was great value for money. plus i have a multi boot with ubuntu 7.10 gusty gibbon linux on this notebook without problems

This machine is a bargain at £299. It's "average" with vista but switch to XP & this is a very nice laptop. Goto www.soulpass.com on how to install XP if you do not wish to run vista.

Got it yesterday.Took minutes to setup Vista,straight on the w/less lan and updates are uploading now.Light laptop,crystal screen,Acer bundle has plenty on useful applications.It's fine for basic home stuff.I recommend it for the money.
