Super silent 12cm fan with S-FLOW blades supplying 30% more airflow than a standard fan at the same speed. The greater performance combined with PWM automatic speed control allows the fan noise to be kept to a minimum.
The Apache fan creates more focused airflow providing blind-spot cooling, which makes it an ideal solution for a case or heatsink fan. HDB (Hydro Dynamic) bearings extend fan life and further enhance noise reduction. IP54 military standard ensures the fan is dust and moisture resistant. It's powerful, quiet and tough!

Reliable so far

I opted to go for the expensive fans, as I knew cooling was important. These were relatively easy to setup, though you have to have some common sense about you to know which way to put the fans around (i.e which way the fans will blow air!)
The fans are mounted by plastic "pins", which are daunting to use. To secure the fan in place, you thread the "pins" through holes in the fan and your case, and pull hard, stretching them until the catches squeeze through. I was always scared that the pins would snap, as you have to stretch the rubber very far until the job is done, but they pulled through (no pun intended) and hold the fans well.
I bought two of these for my new PC to improve airflow in my case. I've had them for a few months, and they still run silently, as advertised. My components haven't had any temperature issues, either, though it is Winter, and the true test is to come.
- Ease of use
- Value for money
