Problem Installing

I have just recieved the controller
Having had a look the fans all connect via a 3 pin connector.
2 of my fans are not made by A
kasa ands just have a standard 4 pin molex connector at the end so how do I go about installing them to the fan controller?

This is the first time I have bought a fan monitoring system so I cant compare but I thought it was great for several reasons:
-They included everything you can possibly want, different coloured fronts, alan key, screws all leads etc. (and several parts I could find no use for)
-Even with a door Ion my case I can shut it with the large knobs
-GREAT aesthetic, when I first put it in it didnt look quite right with my Antec P180 but when it was running with the blue LEDs it looks good without being too showy
Cons:
-The unusual design of my case meant it was quite alot of work to install, bear this in mind if your case isnt standard
-Four temperature sensor leads are provided but none of my components have connectors for these so I cant get the temp sensing set up (can anyone help?)

I was worried abouyt buying this at first because i have a case with a door on it and as i feared at first it was too big for the door to close BUT if youy pull gently at the dials the silver dial cover comes off each one and you get smaller black dials which fit and as for it working its brilliant and easy to install

Excellent aesthetic looks. Makes your case really look nice. Each fan is easily controlled.
However, You CANT turn off any fan. Sometimes when im recording audio, I want my computer to be temporarily silent, but with this fan controller, you cant turn the fans off, you can only lower their RPM. Aint too bad, I still like it.
Temperature sensors are excellent, and it can report 4 temperatures simultaneously.
Installation was easy, however, the power and temperature sensor connectors are loose and you have to watch out there aren't any pulling forces on the cables otherwise they easily fall off. They should have put a snap feature.
IMPORTANT::
If you like to leave your computer on standby, this AKASA unit will still keep the fans running since it is independent from the motherboard. So even when your computer is in standby, you hear the fans. Great eah? lol
