Fantastic Casings

The fact that you don't need a power adapter to run eSata mode is fantastic.
The speed is fantastic and the cover you get makes these casings ideal and very neat.
If you have 2.5 inch SATA drives that you want to use on your laptop then these casings are for you.
I bought two now I have 1.25TB HDD space running SATA drives on my lattop :-)

This must be one of the best 2.5" caddies. Internally you can install either an IDE or SATA drive. Externally you can connect it to your computer with either USB or eSATA (note you can only use USB with an IDE drive).
The unit comes with the following cables:
1) USB cable to power the unit
2) USB data cable
3) eSata to eSata data cable
It's very easy to install and set up and it comes with a nice soft carry case.
I installed a 320GB Western Digital SATA drive for a great backup/portable drive setup.
All in all highly recommended.
