Needs more than one USB port....

This product seems to work ok, but there's one thing potential purchases need to be aware of: This product needs 2 USB ports which is unlike another Akasa 2.5" enclosure I own.
I had previous purchased an Akasa AK-ENP2NES-BK (eSATA and USB connectivity, and can take either IDE or SATA drives) which powers the drive and provides connectivity from just a single USB cable.
However try plugging in the P2NSX (AK-ENP2NSX-BK) in using one cable, and the drive is not recognised. You need to plug in the additional (provided) USB power cable in order for the housing to get enough power (Note: the USB power cable can connect to two USB ports, but seems to be work ok connected to one port on a USB connection).
To be fair, both housings need the additional USB power for eSATA connections (using 2 ports), but it's a shame you can't use the USB connectivity with just one cable.
If that's going to bother you, then look elsewhere for your enclosure or buy the Akasa P2NES.
