now it's come down in price, this the 940BE is very good value for money, it overclocks just as well as the 955BE but is £40-50 cheaper. Compared to the Athlon X2 5000BE (@3.2GHz), the 940BE increased my rendering times by 129% at its regular speed. clcoked to 3.6GHz (with AMD Overdrive) it increased them by 160%

AMD phenom II x4 - excellent!!!

I just put together a phenom II x4 Black with the MSI DKA790GX platinum and OCZ 8GB PC2-8000 Platinum and was totaly blown away with how well the whole lot perform.
It all went together perfectly the chip is excellent I have not had any problems and the performance is simply excellent....
