Warning before purchase

Modems are not extinct. This router does not include a built in modem meaning that if you do not have an external modem you will be unable to use it to connect the WAN (Wide Area Network) thus being unable to connect to the internet. However the range of features supplied are brilliant but do not make up for the lack of modem.
